Privacy policy

From 25 May 2018, a new data protection law is being introduced in the UK; it's called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This aims to give you greater control over your personal information and to better protect your data in the modern world.

Your personal information is just that — personal, so we always treat it with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. We are committed to looking after your data and we will always put you first.

What information do we hold about you?

When you book on to one of our courses we ask you for your name, email address and phone number.

How do we use your information?

We use your data to confirm your booking and for correspondence while studying with us.

If you have booked on to one of our Level 3 Diplomas then we will pass your information on to ETS who will contact you with log in details so you can start your online Anatomy, Physiology and Pathologies Course. We do not share, sell or pass on your information to any other third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not send online marketing, if this changes we will give you the chance to opt in to receiving our emails and newsletters.

Rights regarding your personal datas:

You have the right to;

  • Ask that we correct or update any personal information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
  • Ask that we erase your personal data from our systems.
  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK — please see below for more information.

If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please get in touch with us through our website. Please note that we may ask for proof of identity before providing or updating any personal information we hold about you. Please allow time for us to process any requests.
